Marketing Executive
The main purpose of the job:
The jobholder would be responsible for the development and implementation of the marketing initiatives for Optimax. He/She will be involved in the development of marketing plans, communication and research to generate profitability for the business and to achieve the strategic objectives as determined by the Marketing Manager. The scope of areas cover for the above mentioned functions are Lasik and other eye care products (both acquisition and retention) and to provide support to Branches/Sales Teams.
Responsibilities

Work closely with team to plan and implement Eye Healthcare Services acquisition initiatives in meeting the planned business targets and profits for the supported Customer/Business Group |

Work closely with team to plan and implement Eye Healthcare Services growth initiatives to enhance the value and maximize the profitability of existing customers |

Provide marketing support for both Branch and Sales Team to drive sales in order to meet the business objectives and targets |

Requirements

Posses Diploma/Degree with 1 to 2 years experience in Marketing. Fresh Graduate are also encouraged to apply |

Optometrist and Optician
Location: Klang Valley, Penang, Johor Bahru,
Responsibilities

Communicating with patients; |
| - |
Examining the eyes of patients of all ages to detect signs of injury, disease, abnormality, vision defects and treatment suitability; |

Using equipment for diagnosis and testing; |
| - |
Offering advice and reassurance about vision-related matters; |
| - |
Liaising with our and other ophthalmologist or medical practitioners |
| - |
Participate in business development activities |
| - |
Meeting sales targets with regard to selling Eye Healthcare Services; |

Undertaking continuing education and training (CET). |
Requirements

Posses Degree in Optometry for Optometrist or FBDO for Optician |

Good Clinical Skill |

Good marketing and sales skills |

Vision Consultant / Senior Vision Consultant Location: Klang Valley, Johor Bahru, and Penang
Responsibilities

Meet / exceed individual and team sales targets on Eye Healthcare Services |

Implement sales plans and ensure high standard of sales and service levels is provided to customers at all time |

Follow up on leads and participation of marketing and business development activities |

Conduct sales meeting with referrals and business partners or associates |

Keep abreast with latest and most current information and technology in regards to market changes, competitors information and Company’s products |

Maintain Optimax standards, implement and observe Group Compliance Policy and maintain awareness of operational risk |
